Artist Sharon Koskoff will present the keynote address June 19 at the third annual Art Deco Festival in Perpignan, France.
Koskoff, founding president of the Art Deco Society of the Palm Beaches , will discuss how the Palm Beach area preserves its Art Deco architectural gems. She said she will focus on the Lake Avenue Theater built in 1939, now home of the county’s Cultural Council; the Armory Art Center, also built in 1939, and the Lake Worth Playhouse, constructed in 1924.
She also will sign her book, Art Deco of the Palm Beaches.
The festival in southern France runs from June 15 to 21.

Palm Beach County GovTV Channel 20 has released a new episode of Inside History for the month of July 2019 featuring a 28 minute interview with FAPA member and 2019 medalist, Sharon Koskoff, for her second book entitled Murals of the Palm Beaches.
Sharon will be attending the FAPA President’s Book Awards Banquet to accept a medal in the category of Education!
